"If the system breaks down the consequences will still be very painful. But the bigger the system grows the more disastrous the results of its breakdown will be, so if it is to break down it had best break down sooner rather than later."

Religion
The idea of an established religion baffles me. Yet, at the same point, it makes a lot of sense. When people worshipped trees and the moon, they merely did it to pass time and add drama to their world. The mere presence of worship changed their daily lives and it was essentially a precursor to the modern world of religion. Fast forward to now. In many city's phonebooks, there are pages beyond pages of churches. There are evangelical, catholic, methodist, four square, and mormon churches, just to name a few...if mormon counts. Anyways, this says to me that there is such a division amongst so called "beliefs," that in sense, religion has turned into a business. The beliefs of many are essentially based on a capitalist sense of life. I'm not saying I don't believe in God. However, I find it hard to see the division amongst the denominations.

Divided
As a current student at a rather conservative high school, I often find it hard for myself to feel normal. I'm not a social outcast, I've never had a hard time getting along with anyone, and I don't dislike that many people. However, my beliefs on such topics as, abortion, women's rights, democrats vs. republicans, and various religious topics, are hard to relate to anyone at Central. There are times when I feel a lot of people understand what I mean. A majority of the time however, I feel that I suppress my philosophical views on such topics. I often question why I do, and the same answer returns...I don't know. For the next few weeks, I'll be blogging to myself basically, about my religious, political, and philosophic views. Those who read this, or the further blogs, talk to me about them, it'll be legit.

IIID6III
The gentlemen currently known as the Deralict (Derelict) 6, dominate Central High School. They are constantly persecuted by all, including teaching, students, and girlfriends... However, they shall prevail and rise to the top and continue to dominate the social heiarchy at BCCHS. The D6 will always be there for everyone, except most of the male soccer players.
Those who give respect to the D6 will get it in return, but those who don't, will not recieve respect or agknowledgement. The D6 is a brother hood, much like that of the twelve apostles, or the dudes on FRIENDS. Each member is loyal to one another and obeys the gracious laws set by the forefathers of the D6. When one man disobeys, he will recieve banishment until proven respectable by his fellow members. To me, the D6 can be put into these words...Men are respectable, only as they respect. And as they respect, they become better friends and further the D6 ideology.
